Client Projects (2024)
For my first client project, I had the exciting opportunity to design the menu for Rye Sushi, a vibrant sushi restaurant in the UK. The goal was to create a visually appealing and user-friendly menu that reflects the restaurant's fresh and modern approach to Japanese cuisine.
Hana For All
Poster design for “Hana School of Arts Graduation Show 2022,” with Yeojin Ryu.
The phrase “All For HANA” was created by quoting the phrases from the Three Musketeers for all of the students in the Hana School of Arts. The balls of different colours in the poster gather from Hana School of Arts to “One (In Korean-Hana),” then spread out toward each students’ respective paths in various ways.
Dream Within a Dream (2020)
Before settling on graphic design as my major, I wanted to be a microbiologist. While I have no regrets about my current path, I still cherish the excitement of that dream whenever I revisit it.
I’ve always been captivated by the microscopic world, where tiny lives thrive unseen by the naked eye. This fascination inspired me to capture the beauty of these organisms indirectly through my work.
In this piece, droplets of memory from my mouth gradually transform into microbes, faintly forming the word ‘DREAM’. Oil- based pen on paper.
